Ever notice on the Internet that some people are making all the money (YouTube, Google, MySpace, eBay, Skype, etc.).

If you have a dynamic online shopping cart that display all products from database using the same structured dynamic queries then you are Living-in-Darkness atleast for Search Engines and especially for Google and Yahoo…
A Search Engine Spider cannot estimate the correct number of products you have in your database or in other words available on your online stores from dynamic URLs e.g
www.yourdomain.com/showproducts.php?prod_id=3
www.yourdomain.com/showproducts.php?prod_id=110
www.yourdomain.com/showproducts.php?prod_id=320
and also some spiders fail to collect different data for your different products and hence you lose your chances to-be-searched. And according to a survey report on Ebay about Getting-Customers-From-NoWhere: almost 70% of online stores have 40% plus sales from Search Engines as people search for their desired products and their stores are reffered by the Search Engines.
The ideal way to have your dynamic products listing would be with Static-URL-Structure like
www.yourdomain.com/products/furniture/chairs.html
www.yourdomain.com/products/clothes/tshirts.html
www.yourdomain.com/products/clothes/blue_tshirt.html
and so on.. so that spiders can list more than just one URL for your online store and can give you higher ranks comparatively.
So next time you get an Online Shopping Store then don’t forget to customize it well for Search Engines … But any fellow here who has an existing Shopping Cart or Online Sales Point that doesn’t  follow the Search Engine Friendly URLs scheme still has a chance to ’stand out from the crowd’
